2017 SPHS Dancing with the Dazzlers info

  • Please fill out a separate form for each child who will participate in the clinic.

  • Please visit http://myschoolfees.com  to pay the clinic fees of $40.00 per child.

 

The Spain Park Dazzlers and Coaches will be holding a dance clinic for any elementary school student who would like to participate. Each participant will learn a dance and perform on Friday, Oct. 27th before the SPHS vs. Oak Mt. varsity football game.

 

• Clinic Location: Spain Park High School Gym (Located at the back of SPHS)

 

• Registration begins at 3:30. The dance clinic will be 3:45 - 5:30. The Dazzlers and Dazzler parents will give the participants a snack and then join the band for the JAG walk at 5:45. We will parade up to the stadium where the Dazzlers and participants will then have their pre-game performance at 6:30. Parents will need to pick up children following the performance.

 

• Cost: $40  Please pay on myschoolfees after submitting this form. This is the preferred method of payment. You will choose Spain Park High School for the school and choose Public Fee. If not paying online, please write a check payable to SPHS and write the child's name on the check - If you do not register by Friday, Oct. 20th your child will not receive a t-shirt. They will need to wear a white t-shirt on Friday evening.

 

• Deadline:October 20th. You may register up until the day of the clinic however your child will not receive a t-shirt. Please have her wear a white t-shirt for the performance.

 

*NOTE: CAMP PARTICIPANTS ONLY will be allowed into the stadium without purchasing a ticket. Any camp PARENT will need to purchase a ticket for entry. *In case of rain, performance will be held in the Spain Park gym.
